We ARE so blessed to live here! We were singing "America, the Beautiful", and I was really convicted as we sang verses 2-4 by the depth and dedication of the authoress' prayer. How often do we pray for our nation like that? I'm afraid that, all too often, I limit my prayers to "achievable" things, feeling that the U.S. is too far gone in some areas. We need to pray big for America! And while I'm on this slightly off-topic topic...check out Governor Rick Perry's awesome idea on prayer - and pencil it in for August 6th!
